Request an Appointment
Currently we only accept requests for booking via phone or email listed below. This is to ensure that our facility can meet your pets individual needs. Any cat or dog boarding at our facility must have the following vaccines:
Dog:
Rabies, DAPP, PARVO, and Bordatella
Cat:
Rabies, FIP, FVRCP
Any pet receiving grooming services MUST have proof of current rabies vaccination. No exception will be made.
What should I bring?
Please bring your pets most recent vaccine record. If you are unable to bring a paper copy of your vets vaccine record, you are welcome to send it via email to us at KWpetresortspa@gmail.com
All new guests must complete an intake form on their first visit. The google links below contain the intake forms for cats or dogs. If you wish to save time the day of your appointment, please print, fill out, and bring the completed forms to us on the date of your service. We always have copies on hand that can be filled out in office as well if you are unable to do them at home.
