Prices & Policies for Boarding
Our prices listed include taxes & fees so there are no surprises at check out.
1 Cat: $25 / Night
1 Dog : $30 / Night
2 Dogs in Shared Run: $50 / Night
NOTE: Aggressive dogs will NOT share a run even if they are from the same household. Please see FAQ section for more information
Play-Care: 25$ / Day
Our play-care service is like a daytime doggie daycare, only offered during our day time operating hours. Dogs doing Play-care are dropped off / picked up on the same day. Dogs who are boarding with us receive playtime at no additional cost.
Pickup / drop off hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 2pm
Sunday - 10am - 12pm
Outside normal operating hours pickup/drop off is available for $25 per hour fee.
Boarding Deposits and Refund Policy
New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit of your boarding service to reserve your stay. Clients needing to board for 2 weeks or more will also be required to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit goes directly to the entire cost of your service. Deposits are sent securely via Square invoices to your email for your convenience. This deposit is only refundable if you provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to your date of service. All rendered services are non-refundable.
All cats and dogs must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to visiting our facility. Proof of vaccination must be provided from licensed veterinarian. Bordatella must be every year, and no shorter than 14 days prior to visit. We require the following vaccines for boarding:
Dog:
Rabies, DAPP, PARVO, and Bordatella
**We also suggest canine flu however it is not mandatory, ask your veterinarian for more information about canine flu vaccination**
Cat:
Rabies, FIP, FVRCP
Text, Email, or bring records in prior to your service. Please provide records annually.
Your dog is never crated while staying with us, and our facility is climate controlled year round. Boarding dogs stay in individual runs with a small indoor room that has food, water, blankets, and bedding. Every indoor run has a doggie door that leads to an outdoor pen. We leave this door open during the entire stay, allowing them to go in and out as they choose. Dogs are let out several times during the day in one of our 3 large grassy play yards to play or lay in the sun.

What to expect
What do I bring?
Bring enough of your pet(s) usual food and favorite treats for 2-3 days past their expected stay. This will ensure that if your vacation plans are delayed that we have enough food for them. We provide house food if you forget or choose not to bring food, however note that dietary changes increase chances of diarrhea and upset stomach.
We supply bowls and bedding, however, bringing a blanket with a scent of their home for their first and second visit will make them feel more secure. Our laundry machine is always running, so please note if you bring blankets or bedding from home, we may not have time to wash them.
Toys are okay to bring, but please do not bring sentimental toys, as they may be shared or chewed up upon pick up. In some cases, there may not be a toy to give back!
Bring your pets up to date vaccination record with the vaccinations we require. All vaccines must be current, we cannot make exceptions to this. You can email or text us the record prior to your drop off date, or bring a physical copy in. If you are able, please print and complete our intake form under the "Request Appointment" tab to save time during drop off.
My dog has food sensitivities / allergies...
We are happy to provide house food for those that may forget, however our brand cannot accommodate every diet. If your dog has food allergies / sensitivities of any kind, you must provide your dogs food for their stay to ensure their wellbeing and prevent unnecessary GI distress or allergic reactions that could lead to a vet visit. If your dog has food sensitivities or allergies and you are unable to provide their food, you will be responsible for the cost of the food brand they require, and an additional charge of 50$ for us to pick up their needed brand.

We offer in home visits for senior or convalescent dogs within 10 miles. Prices will vary, please contact us directly for more information about this service
